***This position is a hybrid role. You will be in office Monday, Tuesday and one other day in the week
As the Program Specialist, your primary focus will be to ensure the process and management of AWS program and deal-based co-funding is organized and timely. Prior specific experience with AWS funding programs or other financial processes are not required, but the willingness to learn quickly, have an unwavering attention to detail, and ability to process and understand financial information is critical to success. Ideal candidates must be highly responsive, obsessed with details, and able to quickly switch between tasks. This is an important tactical role for the business that has a strong emphasis on data entry, tracking, and management.
Responsible for:
· Following all AWS funding processes, including submission accuracy, securing customer sign-off with the project management team, submitting claims in a timely manner, tracking and managing expiring claims 60 days in advance, and more.
· Maintaining extended working knowledge of Salesforce.com platform and the AWS ACE portal (including APFP), and being accountable for the integrity of the data in each system (contacts, leads, funding requests, and AO/PO accuracy)
· Verifying accuracy of information from our systems as well as the Technical Account Management (TAM) team to generate and submit Partner Originated opportunities (PO); track progression, acceptance, and launches.
· Accept and maintain AWS Originated opportunities (AO) in ACE to mirror AWS deal status.
· Running detailed reports for Leadership as assigned (AWS Dashboard, KPI Dashboard, ACE Opportunities, etc.))
· Assisting the Sales team in troubleshooting APN opportunities as well as Funding Requests
· Functionally operate the Marketplace Private Offers (MPPO), and the full lifecycle of the data flow
· Assist in submitting, tracking, and navigating approval of funding requests in APFP or email
· Manage the AWS claim process to maintain seamless cash collections.

What experience you need:
· 3+ years of experience in a technology organization in a support capacity
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills
· Fluency in navigating the AWS APN Portal for reporting, opportunity management, and funding is desirable but not required
· Experience using Salesforce and Zoom Info
How you will be measured:
· Funding Request SLA (24 hours of receipt to submission)
· Opportunity Management SLA (time to accept / reject AO ops, time to submit PO’s when they come in)
· MPPO Flow Efficiency (average time to complete MPPO once it comes in)
· Reporting accuracy and timeliness
