Regional Vice President, Client Partnerships

The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Client Partnerships is a key executive leadership role, responsible for driving strategic growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring customer success within a defined region. This role focuses on scaling revenue through exceptional account management, business development, and partnership strategies. As a leader in a SaaS organization, the RVP will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and company objectives. 


You Will:
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. 
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. 
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive upselling or cross-selling of solutions. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a thought leader and advocate. Travel may be required. 
  • Lead regional efforts to deepen client engagement, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning company solutions to address them. 
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address any risks to the relationship. 
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional team of account managers and partnership professionals. 
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback. 
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that prioritizes innovation and customer success. 
  • Work with product and engineering teams to ensure client feedback is considered in roadmap development. 
  • Partner with marketing to identify regional opportunities and implement targeted campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to optimize contract negotiations and ensure profitability. 
  • Analyze key performance metrics, including revenue growth, retention rates, and client satisfaction scores. 
  • Prepare and present regular performance updates to the executive leadership team. 
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes continuously. 


You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in client partnerships, account management, or sales leadership, preferably in the SaaS, technology, or financial services industry. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling regional teams. 
  • Ability to identify market trends, anticipate client needs, and align resources accordingly. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription revenue streams, and enterprise technology. 
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets. 
  • Client-centric mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex negotiations. 
  • Collaborative approach to leadership and cross-functional partnerships. 
  • Resilient and adaptable nature, capable of navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
