Position Description:
Given the complexities of facility management in today’s global marketplace, more companies are partnering with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Integrated Facility Management (IFM) team to streamline their operations and manage real estate costs. Drawing from the combined power of our global resources and expertise, we help create safe and productive work environments around the world.
Position Summary:
Support the Integrated Facility Management Team in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting client’s corporate real estate goals and objectives.
Working Environment:
• Looking for an individual with strong customer service background and communication skills. This position will be hybrid working both virtual from home office and at client sites. This position is located in Charlotte, NC and candidates will need to be local to that area to be able to be on-site at least once per week.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Directly support the Facility Management Team in executing the needs of managing the assigned portfolio. Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
• Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction.
• Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly.
• Manage technician/chief payroll and reporting.
• Assist technical staff, vendors or other service providers utilizing Corrigo work order system.
• Provide management services for all subcontracted and managed suppliers ensuring services are delivered consistent with agreement terms including janitorial, landscaping, trash/recycling, pest control, inspections, preventative maintenance.
• Manage client badging process for facility workforce and vendors.
• Provide facility specific assistance to the Project Management team as needed or requested.
• Coordinate special events in support of client or Jones Lang LaSalle.
• Support requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Management and Operations team.
• Support requests associated with Finance and Sourcing systems/reporting.
• Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account’s Center Of Excellence (COE) team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations.
• Manage all duties in compliance to the Master Services Agreement and applicable performance measurements.
Support the implementation of the EHS management systems
• Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices.
Support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving savings goals
• Assist in the development and management of operational and capital budgets.
• Assist management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial management, purchasing as necessary.
• Support development of monthly/quarterly variance reporting for operating budgets
• Continuously identify cost savings opportunities
Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
• Excellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives.
• Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations.
• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
• Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical systems).
• Strong Excel skills.
Minimum Required Education:
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management or property management.
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience required either in facility/property space, third party service provider or as a consultant.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
50,000.00 – 57,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
