Accountabilities:

  • Analyze internal sales funnels, user behavior, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales Ops, Data, and Marketing to align data insights with strategic goals.
  • Monitor acquisition models and advertising angles to support growth and performance optimization.
  • Deliver reports and present actionable insights to leadership and product teams.
  • Test innovative ideas and explore new marketing and traffic channels.
  • Contribute to various strategic marketing tasks and assist in shaping data-driven initiatives.

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in marketing data analysis and tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Confident presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
