We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Creative Services to lead our creative team and oversee the execution of all creative assets across multiple platforms. This leadership role is critical in driving the visual direction of Juniper Square's marketing initiatives, including digital, print, experiential, and video. The Director of Creative Services will be responsible for managing and optimizing creative resources, ensuring the highest quality and alignment with Juniper Square’s brand vision, and supporting Growth and Brand initiatives across the company.
Creative Direction & Strategy: Lead the creative strategy for all marketing campaigns across digital, print, and video, ensuring alignment with Juniper Square’s brand identity and business goals.
Team Management: Manage a team of designers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality creative outputs. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning within the design team.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative assets for marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, advertisements, print collateral, video content, and web design.
Brand Development & Consistency: Champion Juniper Square’s brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creative materials and platforms. Work closely with the Brand team to maintain brand integrity and visual identity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Product, and other departments to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts. Provide design expertise and creative insights to support company-wide initiatives.
Creative Asset Management: Manage and optimize the creative workflow and project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of assets across all marketing channels. Prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Performance Optimization: Track and analyze the performance of creative campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Vendor Management: Oversee external creative agencies or freelancers when necessary, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in creative leadership roles, with at least 5 years in managing design teams. Experience in digital marketing, branding, and creative execution across print, video, and digital media is a must.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Skills:
Strong expertise in design software
Required Skillset: Adobe Creative Suite inclusive of InDesign and After Effects; Figma
Preferred Skillset: Splash, Ceros
Experience with video production and editing tools
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Familiarity with web design and user experience best practices
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Leadership: Proven track record of leading and inspiring creative teams. Ability to mentor and develop talent within the team.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across digital, print, and video.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B marketing or real estate technology industries.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CMS, and other marketing technologies.
Knowledge of current design trends and digital marketing best practices.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
