o Training Pay: $20 per hour for 3-4 weeks.
o Average Post-Training Pay: $26,000 annual salary, paid bi-weekly, plus uncapped commission.

Individual pay is based on various factors, including geographic location, personal performance and relevant qualifications, experience, skills, and education.
