We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. Working model - full-remote from Spain

Team -  you will join the Product Design team within the Product Management department.

Level - Professional, reporting to Head of Design

Location -  Spain 

Contract -  Permanent (36 h/week)

What your impact will be:
 

  • Own the end-to-end design of key parts of the user journey, balancing user needs with business goals to drive satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Data, and UX Research to define goals, test hypotheses, and deliver impactful solutions.

  • Guide research and design initiatives to enhance performance outcomes and explore new possibilities across critical stages of the customer experience.

  • Create clear, thoughtful, and accessible interfaces that balance business goals with user needs across platforms.

  • Champion a user-first culture, advocating for usability, accessibility, and continuous learning through experimentation.

Your expertise:

  • Extensive experience designing high-impact digital products, ideally within e-commerce, travel, or other transactional platforms.

  • Strong expertise in mobile-first and responsive design, with a portfolio demonstrating intuitive flows and attention to detail.

  • Skilled in Figma, design systems, and prototyping techniques to explore, test, and communicate ideas clearly.

  • Comfortable working with data and research to inform design decisions and measure success.

  • Fluent in English and effective at communicating design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable: 

  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with distributed teams.
