We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in underground utilities, metro infrastructure, power grids, or fuel storage tanks. As a Junior Construction Project Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients to address project needs and expectations.

Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.

Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the project site.

Identify and mitigate project risks, providing solutions to address challenges.

Support senior project managers in contract negotiations, permitting, and regulatory compliance.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in construction project management or a related role.

Experience or familiarity with underground utilities, metro systems, power grids, or fuel tanks is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or OSHA 30 are a plus.

Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.

Hands-on experience in site supervision or fieldwork.
