Customer Care Agent

Job Overview:

A Customer Care Agent supports all customer types by providing timely and accurate service to ensure excellent service standards. Highlights of your role:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor during all business interactions.
  • Articulate well in written and verbal communication, able to compose professionally written communications with accurate spelling and punctuation.
  • Learn the field service process to provide accurate and detailed information that will allow for a one-time service visit.
  • Build a collaborative relationship with the team of care agents, field technicians, and other departments resulting in successful solutions
  • Respond to customers inquiries by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
Compensation: $21.00 per hour You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Phenomenal communication skills - verbal and written
  • Proven customer service experience
Also want to make sure you have:
  • Two-year degree or equal experience in other industries
  • Ability to learn new processes
