Work Location: 53 Knox Trail, Acton, MA 01720 Job Overview:

Marvin Replacement is the full-service replacement window and door division of Marvin. We are united by the common goal of making a difference in the lives of our homeowners and the communities we serve. We are looking for a Field Marketer in the Greater Boston area ! Marvin is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Door-to-Door Canvasser to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team? 

 

This position is responsible for generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing. Earn uncapped commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 in the first year. Base pay starts at $20 an hour based on experience.

 

Highlights of your role:
  • Vigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Field Marketing Supervisor.
  • Represent Marvin Replacement with the utmost degree of professionalism.
  • Utilize Marvin mapping program, and business applications, to accurately keep records on house-to-house information and data tracking.
  • Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform with required municipality permitting at all times
  • Communicate with Field Marketing Supervisor ideas that can improve effectiveness of the canvassing program policies of Marvin Replacement.
  • Master Field Marketing Script, product, and current promotional offerings. 
Compensation: Earn over $80,000+ a year with an hourly wage and performance bonuses! You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, engaging personality.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
Also want to make sure you have:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable walking up to 5 miles per day outdoors, including up and down hills.
  • Availability to work full-time hours
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness and ability to work outdoors.
