As a Product Designer at Mindtickle, you will work on the next generation of sales enablement solutions and solve big problems for companies of all sizes. In this role, you will work actively on our AI initiatives across the platform and drive the UX of key cutting-edge solutions with product and engineering stakeholders.

  • Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes to demonstrate ideas and get stakeholder buy-in
  • Effectively manage time, work proactively, prioritize tasks, all to meet deadlines


What we are looking for
  • Strong portfolio featuring product design work demonstrating complex problem-solving and solid design fundamentals
  • 4+ years of experience in designing web applications (preferably B2B SaaS)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Proficient in user-centered design processes
  • Skilled in high-fidelity pixel-perfect UI and interaction design in Figma
  • Actively seeks customer insights and deeper problem understanding, 
  • Experienced thinking strategically about product vision, and partners effectively with product managers
  • Strong understanding of design processes and the full development cycle for web applications
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript fundamentals (Preferred)
  • Background in designing conversational interfaces or AI assistants (Preferred)
  • A link to your portfolio is mandatory to be considered for this role.
