What You Will Do

  • Conduct an average of 3 product demonstrations daily, efficiently converting qualified leads into signed clients.
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and deal-closure targets, contributing directly to company growth objectives.
  • Build robust client relationships with senior leadership, including HR Directors, Financial Directors, and C-suite executives.
  • Provide detailed and actionable feedback to the Product team to enhance sales tools and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, deal stages, and closed revenue using HubSpot CRM.
  • Regularly present performance metrics, including demo-to-close ratios, average contract value, and time-to-close improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on HR, wellbeing, or employee benefits being a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment. 
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and deal-win targets, evidenced by clear, documented performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of daily demonstrations, demonstrating exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders, with a deep understanding of their decision-making processes.
  • Skilled in contract negotiations, with a focus on balancing client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling demos and pitches to diverse audiences.
