MSX International is seeking qualified candidates responsible for reviewing Dealer Compliance to policies and procedures, support Field Staff and Dealer network and other ad-hoc tasks based on our client’s business needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Adjudicate claims submitted by dealer requesting additional documentation if needed.
Debit non-complaint claims as needed.
Generate reporting for Factory to identify failure trends.
Assists in Dealer Invoice reporting.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) required
Minimum 1 year of experience with IBM AS/400 (or similar DBMS) is desired
Minimum 1 year of experience with SQL syntax desired
1 year of experience performing general compliance/audit duties is desired
1 year of experience in an automotive-related field is desired
1 year of experience in a related industry is desired
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25 to $28 hourly.
