About the Role:
Nanit is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to drive retail marketing, community growth, and brand engagement initiatives. This cross functional role will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to enhance our presence with retail partners, grow our parenting community, and boost our brand reputation through organic reviews and digital content. This position will report into our Director of Brand Marketing and Community.

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC 3 days per week
Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 base salary + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
