This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

The Marketing Funnel Management Specialist will be a key member of the Marketing Digital Center of Excellence team responsible for the successful implementation, execution and reporting related to the Marketing to Sales handoff of Leads. You will have the opportunity to further develop skill sets around data analytics, process optimization, reporting, and marketing automation.

You will be responsible for optimizing Lead Management processes at Nasdaq, and identify areas of opportunity for improvement in the end-to-end pipeline funnel from lead generation, to lead assignment, and opportunity creation. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for using technology to meet the needs of the business and improve processes in a fast paced working environment, and be well versed in Marketing and Sales terminology, funnel processes, and best practices.

  • Marketing Lead Management and Optimization

  • Own and optimize Lead Management workflows, including routing and assignment to Sales, ensuring full funnel processes are accomplished in a timely manner

  • Be responsible for handling Marketing reporting and dashboarding within Salesforce. Identify trends and provide insights and recommendations to Marketing partners for optimization

  • Collaborate closely with Growth and Co-marketers to identify and develop ideas for better leveraging the Martech stack through automation, rule development and platform integration.

  • Ensure proper lead routing, data hygiene, and governance within CRM, aligning sales and marketing efforts.

  • Monitor Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) entering the system, identify non-optimized sources of leads that are entering Nasdaq’s technical platforms and prevent them from reaching Sales ownership.

  • CRM Strategy, Governance, and Monitoring (Salesforce)

  • Partner with Marketing colleagues, Sales, RevOps, data analytics, and other functional teams to optimize lead pipeline workflows and improve data integrity.

  • Implement and monitor governance frameworks for lead source attribution, identifying client journey and consumption, campaign tagging, and overall tracking.

  • Handle and optimize the marketing-to-sales handoff, ensuring timely assignment and follow-ups on MQLs.

  • Partner with the Marketing Campaigns team to uncover findings, drive revenue growth for the business.

  • Ensure cross-functional organizations are following set, standardized processes so that lead source, channel attribution, and offer effectiveness are aligned accordingly.

  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and drive transformation and change.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management Information Systems, or other related fields

  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or CRM strategy.

  • Expertise in Salesforce (certification preferred) and experience integrating with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo).

  • Strong understanding of lead pipeline governance, MQL qualification, and sales handoff standard methodologies.

  • Deep expertise in building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.

  • Comfortable with high levels of customization and complexity, both in technical systems and organization structures.

  • Ability to analyze complex marketing data and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to take ownership and act as a leader, especially in ambiguous scenarios.

  • Strong communication and organization skills.

  • Amenable to work in either mid or night shift schedule

What Would Be Helpful

  • Experience working in enterprise environments

  • Knowledge of Jira, with both submitting and managing tickets

  • Familiarity with performance Marketing systems (6sense, Chatbots, Outreach)

  • Strong understanding of dashboarding systems such as Tableau, Power BI
