Job Description
- Learn to assist APC Directors, how to code and direct shows.
- Assist editors, producers & managers with the creation of content.
- Learn to manage and clean up our server storage.
- Assist in transcoding, archiving, restoring & purging media.
- Learn to how to manage file workflows, ingest, metadata organization, and hardware issues.
- Other learning opportunities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- Eager to learn.
- Team player.
- Self-Motivating.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress.
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
- Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal
- Need to be able to work on-site in San Antonio, TX
Desire Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a high-intensity environment, often under tight deadline pressures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish communication proficiency.
