We are looking for a Resource Manager has experience in DISP compliance. Someone who is passionate about managing talent, navigating dynamic environments, and driving business outcomes through strategic resource management. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end resource operations, ensuring that the right talent is placed at the right time, from the right source, at the optimal cost. Working closely with Market Leads, Practice Leads, and Delivery Leads, you’ll oversee demand and supply management, reporting, and support utilisation strategies to align with business and client needs.
This is a high-visibility role that involves overseeing resource planning, talent allocation, reporting, and supporting business growth by aligning resource capabilities with operational needs. Engaging with consultants across diverse practices such as application engineering, data, and digital delivery, you’ll shape operational excellence and drive process improvements during the final stages of our integration. With opportunities to shape resource strategies and impact operational outcomes, this role is ideal for someone looking to grow within resource management and further develop in areas like billability management and talent planning.
