Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical packaged software implementation, including system integration, testing, and data migration. If you're a hands-on leader with a strong delivery mindset and a knack for bringing people together to get things done, this role is for you.

In this role, you'll take charge of the end-to-end delivery of a packaged software implementation—from planning and execution to integration with back-end systems, testing, and data migration. Using a Waterfall approach, you’ll manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring everything stays on track and aligned with business objectives.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team of internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors, fostering collaboration and accountability. At the same time, you’ll engage regularly with stakeholders, keeping them informed, aligned, and confident in the path forward.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management using Waterfall methodologies

  • Hands-on experience delivering packaged software implementations, including system integration, data migration, and testing

  • Ability to lead diverse delivery teams and drive outcomes independently

  • Strong stakeholder relationship management capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and reporting skills

  • Confident, organised, and proactive in problem-solving

  • Has experience in transformation programs before and was involved all the way to go-live.
