Location: This is a hybrid role and requires someone to be in the office 2-3 days a week. The office is located at 1716 14th St NW Ste. 200, Washington, DC 20009.
Neal R. Gross & Co. (NRGCO), a leader in court reporting and transcription services, is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Scheduling Associate to join our team. This role is critical in coordinating legal proceedings and meetings while ensuring exceptional client service.
We need a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-focused professional, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You have a proven ability to manage complex schedules, resolve problems efficiently, and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
