Internal Project Manager

Our specialized units are DevOps, UX/UI, Cyber Security, and Mobile app development services. As Internal Project Manager, you'll drive success by managing a diverse portfolio of projects for both internal delivery units and external clients. Your role will be crucial in handling numerous concurrent projects, alongside ad-hoc tasks, support requests, and strategic pre-sales initiatives—all while maintaining a sharp focus on financial management. In this role, you will
  • Plan specialized unit resources, follow up on risk management
  • Communicate and manage internal clients
  • Manage data and information for internal reporting (e.g. update resource plans, revenue plans)
  • Analyze data and provide insights for internal management meetings and specific reports (e.g. utilization report)
  • Assist in the pre-sales process by collecting internal information and preparing offers with specialized units and sales


What you will bring
  • 3+ years of professional experience in managing software development projects
  • Good communication skills and proven ability to work in a cross-functional team
  • Good negotiation skills: ability and willingness to find a fair and balanced problem solution for all involved parties
  • Fluency in English
  • Result-oriented team player who could confidently lead the project
  • Creative problem-solving and can-do approach
  • Experience in working with external customers
  • Experience in people management
