Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) in their missions to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings. Noblis MSD is seeking a Trainer or Indepent Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) to support U.S. Navy Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) programs. You will provide engineering and technical assistance support at San Diego, CA.
The Trainer or ISEA is a full time position, and will consist of a combination of remote work, and onsite work at ships located in San Diego as well as other fleet concentration areas. The position will facilitate training and or testing and troubleshooting of ship steering and equipment and assisting in technical refreshes of existing systems.
There is the opportunity for a hybrid work environment on this long term contract.
Bachelors degree in a related filed and 3 years of relevant experience. A High School degree and 9 years experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
