The Port Engineer is responsible for the continuous mechanical operations of the O’Hara Northwest Fishing Fleet. By working directly with vessel crew and management, the Port Engineer is expected to preplan vessel maintenance and operations to allow a maximum fishing season and minimal dock time. The Port Engineer is also responsible for providing knowledge, support, and know how to vessel crew.
