Founding Graphic Designer

Oliv.AI is an emerging SalesTech startup looking for a Founding Graphic Designer to lead design efforts and shape the visual identity of the brand, website, and marketing collateral.

Skills

4-7 years of experience in designing for SaaS companies
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and creativity
Experience in leading design projects
Strong understanding of web design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

Responsibilities

Lead creation of visually engaging communication materials
Define and maintain visual identity of Oliv.AI
Mentor junior designers
Drive design vision and strategy
Develop user-centered design processes
Build and maintain scalable design system

Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
