Talent Partner, Early Careers

As an Early Career Talent Partner, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our programs to life by identifying, engaging, and supporting emerging talent. Working alongside our Early Careers Program Manager, you'll help deliver a best-in-class experience for students, interns, and new grads.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key player in our early careers efforts—focused on outreach, recruiting, and ensuring every candidate feels seen, supported, and excited about their future at Omnicell.

You’ll:

  • Recruit Top Emerging Talent: Own full-cycle recruiting for internship and new grad roles—partnering with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates with care
  • Support Events & Outreach: Represent Omnicell at virtual and in-person career fairs, info sessions, and student org events
  • Deliver Meaningful Candidate Experiences: Provide high-touch support throughout the process, from first conversation to offer, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and purpose
  • Collaborate on Program Delivery: Work closely with the Early Careers Program Manager to support onboarding, intern programming, and conversion processes
  • Track & Share Insights: Use data to inform decisions, track progress, and spot opportunities for improvement
  • Champion Belonging: Ensure our early talent efforts reflect our commitment to creating a culture where everyone feels welcome, valued, and able to thrive

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate university relations or early careers

  • Experience with ATS (e.g., Oracle or similar) and campus platforms (e.g., Handshake, Symplicity) a plus
  • A growth mindset and desire to contribute to something meaningful
