Job DescriptionPrincipal Product Marketing Manager, Customer Success ServicesWe are seeking a strategic and creative Principal Product Marketing Manager to join the Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) organization. This role is responsible for developing compelling messaging and marketing content that drives awareness, demand, and adoption for Oracle CSS digital offerings – with a focus on Oracle Cloud Success Navigator, Oracle University learning and certification solutions, and Oracle Guided Learning.As a key individual contributor reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, CSS, you’ll be a core player in crafting high-impact content that supports customer and partner success with Oracle Cloud and AI solutions. Your work will span multiple formats and audiences—from executive-ready presentations and white papers to digital campaign assets and technical blog posts.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities+ Develop impactful marketing content for both new and existing products and services to support awareness, demand generation, sales enablement, and internal communications.+ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to target personas.+ Create a wide range of assets including messaging guides, presentations, web content, campaign materials, case studies, social media posts, white papers, datasheets, and competitive analyses.+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Delivery, Corporate Marketing, Partner Strategy, and Executive teams to align messaging and priorities across global markets.+ Leverage strong understanding of Oracle Services, Oracle AI capabilities, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle Cloud Applications to inform content strategy and execution.+ Continuously assess the competitive landscape and reflect insights into marketing content.+ Manage content repositories, ensuring asset relevancy, retiring outdated materials, and supporting new product use cases.Preferred Qualifications+ 5+ years of product marketing experience in the technology sector, with a proven track record of developing high-impact content in fast-paced environments.+ Expertise in strategic messaging, product positioning, and storytelling.+ Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content across technical and non-technical audiences.+ Proficiency in AI tools, enterprise collaboration platforms, and project management software.+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, particularly Product and Sales teams.+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.+ Energetic, self-motivated, and creative—able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.+ Bachelor's degree required.Disclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum.
