Job Description

Responsible for providing centralized clinical support via phone, ServiceNow tickets, email and in-basket messages for IHIS related applications. Primary collaborator with application teams. Assist in managing overarching support issues. Collaborating with technical and application development teams to resolve 2nd and 3rd level support items.

Minimum Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field, healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy or Allied Health and/or 2 years Help Desk experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
