We admire the importance of innovative social media strategies and are committed to connecting talented individuals with great companies that need their unique skills. Our mission is to provide great jobs to gifted people, regardless of location.

Our client is a creative marketing agency based in the UK that specialises in providing bespoke B2B marketing solutions for a variety of clients in the fintech, finance, trading & Web3 Space. They are looking for a talented Account Manager who thrives on responsibility, champions clear communication, and knows how to keep things running like clockwork.

As Account Manager, you’ll be the central link between the clients and internal teams — ensuring that communication flows seamlessly, projects stay on track, and client satisfaction stays sky-high. You'll work closely with the department heads, content creators, and clients to bring strategic ideas to life, while helping to maintain the high standards. You’ll also play a key part in growing the team and refining the internal systems as the company scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Success & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party collaborators
  • Lead weekly client calls to align on goals, deliverables, and KPIs
  • Organise and schedule content production days with internal teams
  • Respond to client feedback with empathy and resolve issues within 24 hours
  • Send tailored monthly performance reports to clients

Project Flow & Quality Control

  • Coordinate with department heads to keep deliverables moving smoothly
  • Co-create content strategies and plans aligned to client goals
  • Maintain and improve the task management and CRM systems (we currently use Notion)
  • Assign and delegate tasks clearly and efficiently
  • Ensure outgoing work meets BBM’s high-quality standards
  • Track key metrics like client KPIs, unit economics, and performance indicators

Team Operations & Culture Building

  • Co-lead weekly internal ops meetings to maintain alignment and momentum
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Conduct monthly performance check-ins with internal ops staff
  • Provide structured briefs and feedback to empower teammates
  • Build and refine SOPs to keep the processes scalable and smooth

You're naturally organised, people-focused, and solutions-oriented. You lead with empathy but operate with discipline. You can hold clients' trust, spot inefficiencies, and rally teams with calm clarity. You take pride in your work, without taking yourself too seriously. You're hungry to make an impact in a growing agency, and you believe the best results come from clear communication and a lot of heart.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency essential)
  • Strong time management, prioritisation, and task delegation skills
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing strategy and client-facing delivery
  • Calm under pressure, with a proactive and adaptable mindset

  • A vibrant, diverse, and collaborative creative culture
  • Work with ambitious brands in fintech and content creation
  • Creative freedom and space to make your mark
  • A culture that values empathy, feedback, and personal growth
