Overview:
Responsible for meeting regularly with assigned clients, developing strong relationships with clients and working with the team to deliver superior service to clients. The Consultant is further tasked with understanding and responding to client needs and assuming a consultative role to acquire a clear understanding of the business need and the client’s perception of relevant issues. Ensure client satisfaction by seeking feedback and anticipate issues and/or concerns to proactively provide solutions in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company.
