Parpsec is looking for our first marketing leader, a B2B expert with strong business acumen who will help drive top-line growth and grow the marketing function in the organization from the ground-up. This is an incredible strategic role for the company’s trajectory - this role will l be a senior leader on the executive team and will report directly to the CEO. You will own marketing strategy, planning and execution to accelerate our customer acquisition efforts via a mix of online and offline channels.

Product Marketing & Positioning
Own product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to ensure our value proposition resonates across SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, customer success, and product teams.
Build and manage a library of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and ROI calculators.
Demand Generation & Revenue Growth
Own lead generation, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and multi-channel campaigns (paid media, content marketing, email, SEO, webinars, etc.) to drive pipeline growth.
Optimize marketing automation, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows to accelerate the sales cycle and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
Leverage data and analytics to track campaign performance, refine targeting, and maximize ROI.
Customer Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
Develop customer marketing programs to increase activation, retention, and expansion within our existing customer base.
Collaborate with customer success to create customer advocacy programs, testimonials, and case studies.
Implement upsell/cross-sell campaigns for expansion within existing accounts.
We're looking for candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing experience and familiarity with both online and offline channels
Proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and revenue
Experience running ABM campaigns and multi-channel demand generation efforts
Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen—comfortable with marketing KPIs, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling for different customer personas
Experience working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive cross-functional alignment
Hands-on, generalist mindset—able to think strategically while also executing when needed
