Your mission

  • Du bist zusammen mit dem KAM-Team eCommerce verantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung der nationalen eCommerce-Strategie nach den Vorgaben der nationalen und internationalen Unternehmensführung
  • Als erster Ansprechpartner Deiner Kunden führst Du zusammen mit dem Head of eCommerce Rahmenvertragsverhandlungen und alle weiteren Belange einer erfolgreichen Geschäftsbeziehung
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Jahresumsatzplanung der Dir zugeordneten Kunden. Hierfür erstellst Du Sortiments- und Vermarktungsanalysen und triffst Maßnahmen zur Planerreichung von Umsatz und Marge (Gross Profit)
  • Pro Kunde bildest Du mit einem/r eMarketing ManagerIn ein „Power Couple“. Während Dein Hauptaugenmerk auf dem Sell-in und der Kundenbeziehung zum jeweiligen Einkäufer liegt, kümmert sich der/ die eMarketingManagerIn um optimalen eContent sowie abverkaufssteigernde Maßnahmen
  • Operativ bist Du verantwortlich für einen engen Kundenkontakt, die Sortimentsplanung und -steuerung, das Hineinverkaufen von Neuheiten sowie die Auftragssteuerung. Hierbei gilt es, die internen Prozesse eng im Blick zu haben und kundenorientiert zu steuern
  • Neben dem eCommerce Marketing-Team arbeitest Du eng mit dem Product Marketing, dem digitalen Marketing, Finance, dem Customer Service, der Supply Chain sowie dem Sales Analysten (Forecast & Reporting) zusammen
  • Nach einer Einarbeitungszeit besteht die Möglichkeit, auch international tätige Kunden zu betreuen. Hierbei ist ein enger Austausch mit unserem Headquarter in Frankreich erforderlich
