Laboratoires Pierre Fabre is looking for a Key Account Manager eCommerce to join our dynamic team in Germany for parental leave coverage. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving our national eCommerce strategy forward alongside the KAM team. You will act as the first point of contact for our clients, working closely with the Head of eCommerce to negotiate framework contracts and address all aspects of successful business relations. Your responsibilities will also include annual sales planning for assigned clients, including conducting assortment and market analyses to ensure revenue and margin targets are met. You will be teaming up with an eMarketing Manager to form a 'Power Couple,' focusing on client relationships and effective selling strategies while they craft engaging eContent. You will closely monitor customer interactions, manage stock planning, introduce new products, and ensure smooth order management. Additionally, you'll collaborate with various teams, such as Product Marketing, digital Marketing, and Customer Service, ensuring that everyone is aligned in reaching our objectives. After your onboarding period, you may also get the chance to handle international clients, working in coordination with our headquarters in France.
