Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Web Developer to support web development in collaboration with the platform team, bringing innovative and engaging digital experiences to life. This role is key to delivering seamless, high-quality features on our marketing websites, ensuring customers have a world-class experience as they explore our products and make purchasing decisions. You'll need strong coding skills, the ability to update and construct custom components, and a collaborative approach to work effectively within a team of developers.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop high-quality, interactive web features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java to create seamless user experiences.
  • Build and maintain AEM components and templates to enhance website functionality.
  • Partner closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to implement visually compelling and technically robust solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring accessibility and performance best practices.
  • Stay current with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team, actively participating in code reviews, pair programming, and team discussions.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Experience building components and pages within a content management system (CMS).
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing best practices, pixel management, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience partnering with Testing & Optimization teams on a consistent A/B test iteration cycle to improve conversion rate.
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including building pages and custom components preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch perferred.

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Strong development skills with the ability to update and build new components to support web strategies.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and version control tools.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java, with a focus on performance and accessibility.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $95,800- $118,200 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
