Title: Instructional Coach

Position Summary: The Instructional Coach will provide essential leadership for the school’s overall instructional program through support, training, and coaching to build school and teacher capacity to increase student achievement.

As an Instructional Coach at Polaris Tech Charter School, you will be pivotal in elevating the instructional practices of our dedicated teachers and ultimately enhancing student achievement. Your role is not just about providing support; it's about inspiring and empowering teachers to implement state curriculum standards and the latest instructional strategies effectively. You’ll work closely with educators, helping them refine their teaching through collaborative planning, data analysis, and classroom demonstrations, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You'll also guide teachers in integrating project-based learning and technology into their lessons, creating an engaging learning environment. Regular classroom visits allow you to collect valuable insights on instructional practices, enabling you to engage in reflective dialogue with teachers to pinpoint successes and areas for growth. In addition to your direct coaching, you’ll play a critical role in leading professional development sessions, ensuring that our teaching staff remains at the forefront of educational practices.
