We’re looking to hire a CRO specialist for B2B who is excited to work in an incredibly fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll report to our Sr. Marketing Manager and work closely with our Content, Paid Media, and Design team members to optimize the customer journey and increase conversions across our website, landing pages, and marketing funnels. Your primary KPI? Improving conversion rates and lead generation efficiency by optimizing every touchpoint for conversion.
This position is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in CRO, website optimization, and A/B testing, who loves using data to improve marketing performance and drive measurable business growth.
Own and execute CRO strategy to optimize website pages, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve user engagement and conversions.
Analyze website traffic, heatmaps, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing tools.
Collaborate with the web development team to implement conversion-focused page improvements.
Optimize website copy, CTAs, forms, and page structure to increase lead capture rates.
Work with the content and SEO team to align messaging with high-intent user behavior.
Develop and refine lead capture and nurture strategies, including pop-ups, forms, chatbots, and gated content.
Track key CRO metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, conversion rate, and funnel drop-offs.
Support the paid ads team by optimizing landing pages for higher conversion rates.
Experiment with UX/UI changes, CTA placements, and lead form optimizations.
Report on test results, insights, and next steps in weekly marketing meetings.

Experience running A/B tests and analyzing results using tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Split Test for Elementor.
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for high-converting web design.
Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel.
Ability to collaborate with content, paid ads, and design teams for cross-functional improvements.
Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Fast communicator, we move quickly, and we need someone who can keep up.
Experience working with HubSpot, Webflow, or WordPress for content and site edits.
