French-Speaking Design Consultant – Join Reform Copenhagen and Help Shape the Kitchen Experiences of the Future

The role 

We are looking for an experienced and commercially strong Design Consultant to work with our International (mainly French-speaking) clients. You will be a key player in advising our customers on tailor-made kitchen and storage solutions and in ensuring that they have a unique experience - from the first meeting to the finished design.

You will report to our International Sales Manager and work closely with our whole team at the head office in Copenhagen. 

What will your main tasks be?

  • Work with international clients, mainly based in France and Belgium, remotely through online meetings, via email and over the phone to create inspiring kitchen and wardrobe design solutions.
  • Advise customers on design, materials, colors and configurations to fit their space. 
  • Ensure that customers have a professional and personalised experience, where their design needs are the focus. 
  • Reach out to potential clients and proactively follow-up on enquiries. Prepare quotes, handle orders and follow up on sales. 
  • Maintain your own sales pipeline and customer database to ensure effective follow-ups. 
  • Have a proactive and meticulous approach to the design process.

Who are you?

  • You speak fluent French (with native or near-native proficiency).
  • You have experience in the interior design, kitchen or furniture industries. 
  • You are passionate about design, aesthetics and good craftsmanship. Training in interior architecture/architecture would definitely be a plus. 
  • You have previously worked with sales and with building relationships with customers, and can document excellent sales numbers.
  • You have a strong commercial mindset and are driven by achieving results.
  • You are a skilled communicator who understands how to listen to the customer's needs and how to find the right solution for each project.
  • You are highly computer-literate and have some experience with drawing programmes and quotation systems. 
  • You are flexible and willing to work on weekends occasionally. 
  • You are a team player who can work in a structured way and who can manage tasks independently.
