Who We Are

Hi! We’re AntiSocial Solutions, a social-first digital marketing agency made up of people who love to create. Our work spans industries; we produce conceptual campaigns, strategic media plans, creator and influencer strategies, and create content for great brands across the globe. As a division of Thinkingbox, we have offices located in Vancouver, Toronto, New York City, Salt Lake City, and Los Angeles.

At AntiSocial, you’ll be joining a diverse and talented group of people who craft campaigns and provide solutions for the world’s top brands. We love our culture and the natural collaboration that happens in and around our five offices, from dog parties to happy hour Thursdays, we maintain a vibrant work environment. However, for one month a year we encourage our people to explore the world. Try working from another office or even the beaches of Bali and expand your worldview, then bring that experience back to the team.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a mid-level graphic designer with 3+ years of agency experience and a well rounded portfolio. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, Producers, Strategists, and Accounts teams to translate strategies into brilliant ideas and creative concepts that are aligned to the brief and business priorities of the client. Support ideas with clear and thoughtful rationale.
  • Translate concepts into fully built out systems of assets for multiple mediums and social platforms by incorporating contemporary design solutions.
  • Explain concepts internally for feedback and direction from Associate Creative Directors, Strategy and Accounts teams.
  • Present concepts to clients for feedback and approval in a compelling and confident way.
  • Oversee visual work consistently throughout a project to ensure it is cohesive and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Attend and participate in briefings, team meetings and client presentations.
  • Undertake market research as required.

What You’ll Bring
  • Diploma or degree in Design
  • 3+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house setting
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CS
  • Fluent across all social platforms
  • Ability to put the concept and idea above all else
  • Experience concepting/designing branded content for social campaigns
  • Ease & confidence working hand-in-hand with writers and art directors
  • Must have a keen eye for detail
  • Interest in emerging technologies and design trends
