UX Researcher

What you’ll do:

As a UX Researcher at Zipcar, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative research in support of our product strategy and roadmap. You’ll solve complex problems through generative and evaluative research, work with cross-functional teams to design new products and experiences and serve as the voice of the customer across our organization.
