What You'll Do:
Develop and implement a unified technology platform across all divisions.
Drive automation by integrating technology systems (e.g., CRM<->ERP).
Develop strategic plan to design technology platform to create a differentiating customer experience
Lead cross-functional collaboration to align technology with business goals.
Manage technology budgets through an ROI driven approach.
Lead product and development teams to execute high-quality technology solutions.
Communicate technical strategies clearly to all levels of the organization.
Manage technology infrastructure, systems, and security initiatives.
Oversee vendor relationships and ensure successful product delivery.
Drive digital transformation efforts through new technology builds and products.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of experience in software engineering and product management.
5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to align technology strategies with business objectives.
Extensive experience with systems like CRM, ERP, and marketing technologies (5+ years preferred).
Expertise in automation and driving system integration across platforms.
5+ years of experience managing technology budgets and delivering ROI-driven solutions.
Problem-solving skills to drive scalable and efficient tech solutions.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and managing infrastructure for enterprise-scale systems.
Experience in fast-paced, PE/VC-backed environments (3+ years preferred).
