Why This Role Is Valuable 

This role will lead Treasury operations for Revantage and the portfolio companies we support.  The individual will be expected to manage external relationships including but not limited to, banking partners, portfolio companies, Blackstone and third party operators while also serving as an internal subject matter across Treasury operations.

How You Add Value:

  • Lead acquisition process for Treasury Operation team for banking onboarding and system set up

  • Support bank relationship management ensuring Revantage receives appropriate services at market rates

  • Lead Treasury work station administration and integrations between banks and internal systems

  • Support and lead ad-hoc Treasury requests

  • Lead and train a team of Treasury professionals in India ensuring they are set up for success to support all functions within the Treasury Operations group

  • Provide subject matter expertise across banking industry serving as internal go to person for questions

  • Strong emphasis on process improvement and developing scalable processes to support as we continue to grow

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related area

  • 7-10 years in Treasury including Treasury Operations and Cash Management

  • Solid understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Business principles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong quantitative and spreadsheet skills

  • Detail oriented and self-motivated

  • Strong technological, analytical, and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail

  • Sound judgment in dealing with lender relations and in evaluating when to appropriately escalate issues

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail oriented, self-starter, team player, and have ability to handle

  • multiple projects at once

Base Compensation Range:

$135,000.00 To $155,000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation:  This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.

Benefits:  The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
