Are you ready to take on an exciting role as a Collateral Manager at FNB Zambia in Lusaka? In this key position, you'll oversee the entire Collateral Function, ensuring that our robust security measures are always in compliance with Bank Policies and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will allow you to guide the business in implementing policies that align with our Collateral Manual, while you develop strategies to protect the bank from financial risks associated with collateral issues. You'll be managing budgets and targets, all while optimizing resources effectively. Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll cultivate productive relationships with various stakeholders, including external lawyers and industry bodies. Keeping up with the latest legislation and best practices will be essential, allowing you to offer proactive advice and innovative solutions to risks the bank may face. You will also play a pivotal role in providing strategic support to the Chief Transformation and Operations Officer, as well as senior management and the Board. With your oversight, the Collateral team will be set up for success as you monitor industry changes and adjust practices as necessary, all in pursuit of maintaining the highest level of organizational excellence.
