Job Description

We are seeking a CRM Content Copywriter with in-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry in Vietnam and strong experience working with CRM automation platforms. In this role, you will create engaging content, optimize player communication, and leverage performance metrics to enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing CRM content campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app messages).
  • Customer segmenting and personalization of communication.
  • Using CRM automation platforms to optimize and automate workflows.
  • A/B testing and performance analysis of campaigns.
  • Working closely with designers and marketing teams to create engaging and localized content.
  • Localizing and adapting content specifically for the Vietnam market.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in CRM marketing or content management.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM automation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming industry and player behavior in Vietnam.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese is must have.
  • English is Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in iGaming or FinTech.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email customization.
  • Knowledge of gamification strategies in CRM.
