We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Management Consulting, Consumer Products Advisory team. You are motivated to become a leader in one of the fastest growing and most entrepreneurial groups within RSM! You will have the resources and cross functional support of the largest middle market firm but will be able to operate in a lean and agile environment where your ideas and experience can directly shape what service offerings we provide to our clients and how we approach them. At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $78,600 - $148,500Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
