📢 We’re looking for an independent individual who takes initiative and genuinely cares about what they do, to join our community team! In this role, you'll have the freedom to contribute ideas, and shape the way we engage with our community. If you’re passionate about crypto and know how to build conversations online, this is for you.

👉 Your responsibilities at Trezor

  • Engage with the community across Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok - answering questions, initiate discussions and ensuring smooth interactions

  • Keep up with crypto trends and our company updates to keep the community informed with relevant info

  • Gather user feedback and share insights internally to help improve our products and services

  • Contribute to content and communication strategies - helping shape what we talk about and how we explain key concepts

  • Keep up with emerging industry trends, new projects and potential partnership opportunities

💪 What do we need from you?

  • Experience in community management, customer support or social media

  • Strong English – Most of your work will involve written communication (social media, community engagement) and the company operates in English

  • Crypto knowledge – You don’t need to be an expert, but you should have a solid understanding of key concepts (e.g., XPUB, gas fees, Taproot, ERC20 ring a bell? Then you're good.)

  • Independence & ownership – You take responsibility for your work, bring new ideas and don’t need constant oversight. Time management and reliability are essential

  • Tech-savviness – You can quickly adapt to new tools and understand how things work behind the scenes (no coding required, just common sense). Familiarity with common social media platforms and management tools

  • Adaptability – The crypto space moves fast and sometimes there are no clear rules. You should be comfortable navigating change
