Position Summary
The HRBP works as a consultant for team members, managers, and leaders on employee-related matters and deployment of company strategy. HRBP partners with leaders to understand organizational needs and processes to achieve high performance. HRBP provides proactive and reactive support for employee relations, investigations, and coaching and counseling for compliant and efficient operations of the business.Role and Responsibilities
1. Consult with line management and leadership to provide HR guidance on policies and procedures.
2. Administer HR functions, including collaborating with teams and other members of HR on business and departmental strategies.
3. Address and resolve employee relations issues while gaining trust of the employees.
4. Prepare and monitor SCI with employee groups and provide feedback to managers.
5. Conduct rollover orientation and employee handbook review for new hires.
6. Apply basic knowledge of HR best practices and implement process and program changes for the benefit of the business.
7. Ability to collaborate cross functionally with organizational leaders.
8. Manages and facilitate coaching opportunities, assess talent of assigned groups, works closely with Work Force Operations on manpower and talent needs.
9. Collaborates with Learning and Development for training data, creating training and aligning talent needs.
10. All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Business Administration/Management, or related discipline
2. Certification: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, and or SPHR certification is preferred.
3. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources.
4. Knowledge/Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment; strong conflict resolution; the ability to influence leadership and maintain a high level of confidentiality, flexibility, and adaptability; the ability to flex and adapt; excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; self Starter and highly motivated
