Quality Control Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (PH Only)
Compensation: 42,000 PHP/monthly + Comprehensive benefits package
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM CST - 5PM CST with a 1 hour off the clock lunch; Overtime availability for Special Projects
Reports to: Quality Control Supervisor
The Quality Control Specialist will ensure the organization’s compliance with applicable laws following relevant company standards and regulations. The QCS will be responsible for monitoring and documenting compliance activities, advising leadership and management on compliance matters. Maintain a deep knowledge of company policies and regulations staying abreast of all company of any organization policy changes. Review organizations business practices to ensure pertinent regulations are followed, identify areas of non-compliance, and create a plan to implement corrective changes as needed. Assist in the development of compliance training programs. The QCS will have strong analytical thinking skills and be able to maintain meticulous records of complaints and compliance activities. Performs advanced tasks under minimal supervision.
What you'll do:
Creates reports, queries, policies as needed by Quality Assurance, including reports/queries which support business operations within VACI
Interfaces with VACI employees regarding fixes, modifications, and adjustments needed to be within Quality Assurance Standards
Understands the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) claim process, rating schedules, and adjudication processes
Ensures Quality Assurance processes, checkpoints, policies, and procedures are adhered, identified, and reported.
Implements, executes, monitors, and supports continuous improvement efforts and support cross department decision making.
Assists with updating, implementing improvements, and maintaining the Quality Assurance program to ensure that legal requirements and customer expectations are met.
Audits processes, practices, documents to identify weaknesses to include end user testing on VACI’s websites and marketing products
Educates and trains employees on regulations and industry best practices

Required Qualifications:
3 or more years of relevant working experience in compliance field
3 or more years of administrative experience
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills
Reliable high-speed internet
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Veterans is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Familiarity with veteran benefit administration
