ServiceNow’s Global Partnerships & Channels (GPC) organization is a key strategic pillar for the organization’s growth engine. ServiceNow’s ecosystem is one of our most competitive advantages and in this role you will lead a team of 30+ partner management professionals who mange our key breadth ecosystem partners.
Fulfilling this role means you will be managing hundreds of key partnerships and leading our growth via our ecosystems strategy.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing highly dynamic, fast moving, growth partnerships. A high business acumen is a must with the ability to translate how ServiceNow’s technology platform can enable partners go-to-market service offerings.
A high-energy candidate with diverse skill sets such as executive relationship building, strategy and business development, negotiation, problem solving and communications and who can operate at the executive levels should apply.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $193,800 - $319,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
