The Workforce Analyst specializes in the support and analysis of all areas of HR programs including compensation, benefits, workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management. They serve as liaison between the functional area and the specialized Human Resource area.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with management in the implementation of policies and processes related to human resources, organizational, and employee development at the line of business level.

- Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues systematically.

- Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives.

- Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development, cultural and process-oriented perspectives.

- This role will also focus on assisting the team in administering and communicating the company’s benefits program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.

- Audit compensation and benefits policies and programs including insurance, retirement plans, sick leave, time off and vacation policies.

- Review processes and monitor plan effectiveness.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

- Comfort in process mapping and documentation.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite. Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite or similar, is a plus.

- Experience with data analytics is a plus


QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related degree.

- 1 - 2  years  of experience in financial or human resources analysis
