Your Adventure Ahead
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard key merchant partners to align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Analyze internal and external market trends to uncover opportunities for business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial goals.
  • Develop and present exposure packages to partners to maximize their business potential.
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end merchant operations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Stay informed about e-commerce consumer trends and strategize campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Ideate, plan, and execute partner campaigns to enhance engagement and revenue.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven mindset to achieve business success metrics within set timelines.


Essentials to Succeed
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Partnerships.
  • Experience in eCommerce is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to drive impactful results.
  • Deep understanding of Malaysia’s eCommerce landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in engaging mid-to-senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities to expand and enhance merchant relationships.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically in merchant acquisition and management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to excel.

  • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics is essential.
