What We’re Looking For

Skillz is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in designing user-centered digital products, particularly within gaming or mobile applications. You will be responsible for conducting UX research, creating intuitive UI designs, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative and visually engaging experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user behavior and the ability to craft seamless, user-friendly interfaces.

Qualifications

8+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. 4+ years of B2C experience.
Previous experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
Proficient in design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. UI motion design is a plus.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Total Compensation is $182,000 including base, bonus and equity.
