Description du poste

La mission :

Rejoignez notre équipe CSM et devenez responsable de la réussite des projets de vos clients en France et à l'étranger ! 

Vous partagez votre portefeuille de clients grands comptes avec un Customer Success Director (CSD). Votre CSD vous guide dans les stratégies à adopter pour atteindre les objectifs de vos clients. Il est également garant du développement business du portefeuille.

Vos missions incluent :

Implémentation de projet :

  • Développer votre expertise dans les stratégies de gestion du changement, de communication et d’engagement des employés
  • Construire et piloter le planning de lancement du projet
  • Animer des réunions de cadrage avec les différentes parties prenantes côté client
  • Être garant de la configuration des plateformes clientes Sociabble
  • Garantir l’avancement de l'implémentation et la communication entre les équipes clientes et Sociabble
  • Animer des formations sur l’utilisation de la plateforme auprès des utilisateurs et des administrateurs
  • Accompagner les clients dans la définition de leur stratégies de change management

Adoption et suivi de projet :

  • Analyser les résultats des projets de vos clients et établir les statistiques mensuelles de performance des projets
  • Partager des recommandations et des feedback
  • Préparer et animer des réunions de suivi et de revue de performance
  • Présenter les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les mises à jour à vos clients
  • S’assurer de leur bonne adoption à travers des workshops et des formations
  • Grâce à votre proximité avec vos clients, identifier des opportunités de développement du projet (nouvelles filiales/pays, nouveaux scénarios) et les partager avec votre CSD

Interne :

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de projets transversaux visant à améliorer les meilleures pratiques et les méthodologies de gestion de projet chez Sociabble

Qualifications

Le.a. candidat.e. idéal.e. :

Ce poste exige un niveau bilingue d’anglais et de français afin d’accompagner au mieux nos clients qui seront tous internationaux.

  • Diplômé.e. d’un Master avec un accent sur le digital, l’Ingénierie ou le Marketing vous avez une expérience notable en gestion de projet
  • Vous savez pilotez plusieurs projets complexes simultanément et vous avez connaissance des méthodologies et des outils de gestion de projet
  • Vous avez un sens du détail pointu, et rédigez des livrables de qualité
  • Vous avez une affinité pour les sujets stratégiques de communication interne des grandes entreprises
  • Vous êtes déjà intervenu.e. dans des projet de transformation digitale d’ampleur, nécessitant du change management
  • Vous avez un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse et êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres
  • Vous avez des compétences relationnelles et interpersonnelles qui vous permettent de vous adapter à différents interlocuteurs (Directeur RH, Directeur de la communication...) et de comprendre leurs besoins
