LPN Nurse Nights

As an LPN Nurse Nights at Southern Health Partners, your primary responsibilities will include delivering patient care, evaluating patient symptoms, administering prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards, and following established treatment plans. Additionally, you'll perform physical assessments and emergency interventions while documenting patient progress and collaborating with providers to ensure quality healthcare delivery.

To become an LPN Nurse at Southern Health Partners, candidates must be licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of Tennessee. Prior experience in corrections or a similar healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
